Founded in 1987, Children’s Connections. is a private, not-for-profit (501c3) organization striving to enhance the lives of Texas babies and toddlers and their families through education, support, resources and referrals to needed services.
We’re a dedicated group of family advisors and support staff who strive to provide the best services to help parents and parents-to-be in setting goals for their children and families.

Who We Serve
Children’s Connections offers free services to all legal Texas residents with families expecting a child or who have a child or children under age 3. We assist Texas mothers who wish to place their babies for adoption. We also work with adoptive parents in Texas and throughout the U.S
Here’s some examples of our programs at work:
- Babies to Be Pregnancy Support – Assisting pregnant moms and dads-to-be with education throughout each stage of their pregnancy, helping them be well prepared for delivery, post-partum, and parenthood. We also offer support, resources and referrals to specialized professionals they may work with to receive needed services.
- Under 3s Parenting Support – Educating moms and dads of infants and toddlers to help provide a better lifer for their child, including support, resources, and referrals. We also work with all parents to achieve their own personal and family goals.
- Positive Choices Unplanned Crisis Pregnancy Support – Helping Texas pregnant moms in crisis who want to explore the option of adoption for their baby. Our specially trained staff will walk with them throughout the pregnancy and adoption, providing emotional support, adoption counseling, financial support for living expenses, education, referrals, and resources.
- Pregnant & Post-Partum Crime Victims Services – Providing crime victims services to Texas moms during their pregnancy through post-partum, to help address issues that may come up from past victimization or to assist when victimization occurs during pregnancy or post-partum.
- Texas Home Study & Post Placement Services – Offering home study reports and post-placement services in Texas for all types of adoption and agencies, including domestic, out-of-state foster care, step-parent adoption, grandparent/relative adoptions, embryo adoptions and International adoptions (when families also work with a Hague-accredited agency).
- Connecting Hearts Infant Adoption – Working with adoptive parents to help build their families when voluntary adoption plans are made by the baby’s parents during pregnancy or shortly after.
